The rooms here are spacious, clean, and come with a balcony.

Stylish and fairly clean place with incredibly attentive and attentive staff with very impersonal service by dining room staff. Excellent setting in the shopping area, very close to the Lake Geneva, interesting, and the promenade/directly by the lake.

Good location, close to the station, great place for hiking.

Breakfast is very mediocre.

The breakfast here offers delicious options such as scrambled eggs, bangers, and bacon.

It was very good value for money with a nice décor.

The stay at this venue during the Freddie Mercury weekend was fantastic with warm weather, a great pool, and extremely friendly staff, offering excellent value compared to other options.

Large room with the garden view and 2 toilets, for example. Exceptionally good options for breakfast with the coffee undrinkable and also magic views.

This place boasts a fantastic location near a picturesque castle surrounded by stunning trees and flowers, just steps away from the scenic Lake Geneva shore.

Position is fabulous - view over lake to snow capped mountains. Staff friendly and effiicient. Ideal to walk along lakefront. Large, comfortable room and not a chain hotel "box"

Great location, just a short walk to the city center. Had a nice cup of coffee at Jazz Cafe, which was only a 15-minute stroll away. ☕️

The location of the hotel at the lakeside was perfect, quiet, fabulous views and not too far from the train station and shops/restaurants.

The hotel is right on the lake an the views from rooms with a deck facing the lake are very nice. The rooms are clean with a very comfortable bed and include many amenities. The indoor pool and spa are very nice. If you like to walk the location is perfect between downtown Montreux and Chillon. Both are easy walks along the lake.

The rooms and hallways are are in serious need of a remodel. Everything is very clean, but the doors, floors and walls are badly outdated and worn. They seem to have remodeled some of the the lower floors, but the rest are overdue for remodel.
